Enjoy the Haute Maurienne Vanoise bus network all winter long. From Modane station, 4 bus lines serve the ski resorts. A train + bus ecomobility solution for skiing without using the car. In winter, a free shuttle bus also provides easy access to the neighboring resort of Valfréjus.

In addition to the La Norma-Valfréjus shuttle reserved for skiers, buses serve all the villages and resorts of Haute Maurienne Vanoise to enjoy the slopes, snowshoe trails and winter activities.

  • To get to the Val Cenis, Bessans or Bonneval sur Arc resorts: line F then bus S53
  • To get toAussois station: line F then bus S52
  • To go directly to Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne SNCF station: bus S51

In summer

Getting around Haute Maurienne, inter-resort lines summer 2024

From La Norma, line 1 takes you directly to major tourist sites: Redoute Marie-Thérèse(Forts de l'Esseillon, accrobranche, tyroliennes géantes, via ferrata...), Parc national de la Vanoise (vallons préservés de Polset et de l'Orgère)

Line 1 also takes you directly to Modane station (with connections to other buses serving the whole area).

In winter

Shuttle La Norma-Valfréjus

To reach the resorts of La Norma and Valfréjus
Internal shuttle
The La Norma ski pass gives access to the neighboring Valfréjus ski area. The two ski areas are linked by shuttle bus from Monday to Friday (departure is from the roundabout at the entrance to the resort, at the same level as the other bus stops). Access to this bus is included with your ski pass.

Please note: the Valfréjus-La Norma shuttle is exclusively for skiers with proof of purchase of a valid ski pass.

Good winter plan!

Bus included with 6-day + ski passes

Unlimited access to the S52 and S53 buses, which serve the whole area, is included from Tuesday to Friday with your La Norma 6-day + ski pass!

Please note: for safety reasons (speed of evacuation), you cannot keep your ski or snowboard boots on your feet on buses S50, S51, S52 and S53. You can put them in the hold with your ski/snowboard and poles. Cross-country ski boots allowed.

Haute Maurienne Vanoise bus included with your Pass La Norma

Unlimited access to Haute Maurienne Vanoise buses (S52 + S53 + line 1) is included with the Pass La Norma (except Saturday for S52 and S53). Also included with your Pass: activities, lifts + discounts on a hundred other activities.
