31m² studio for 4 people, at the foot of the piste at La Norma
This studio is located in the Herminières C building.
It includes a bathroom, a toilet, a cupboard in the entrance hall, a large living room with sleeping facilities (1 sofa bed and 2 bunk beds) and a balcony.
A ski room on the ground floor is ideal for storing skis, snowboards or toboggans, with direct access to the outside.
The apartment's location means that children playing on the playground, toboggan run or learning trail can be supervised. These areas are at the foot of the studio.
The rental includes 1 fridge, 1 oven, 1 microwave oven, a 2-burner vitroceramic hob, 1 TV (94 cm flat screen), 1 mini raclette machine for 4 people, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 Tassimo coffee machine, 1 electric kettle, blankets (sheets and pillowcases not supplied).
The rental price does not include the tourist tax, which will be calculated at the time of booking.

- The price includes water and electricity, but not end-of-stay cleaning.
- Sheets, towels and tea towels are not included in the rental price (a rental service exists in the resort).
- A 30% deposit is required to reserve the rental.
- The balance must be paid at least 1 month before you move in.
- A deposit cheque for 400 euros is required on payment of the balance. The cheque will be destroyed after the departure inventory. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
- The rental price does not include the tourist tax, which will be calculated at the time of booking.
- Rentals are from Saturday 14:00 to Saturday 10:00.
