Apartment with balcony, 45 m², sleeps 6, comfortable, fully renovated, on the 1st floor of the "Les Chalets de la Vanoise" residence (with elevator), in the "Le Rocher" chalet. It is located in the heart of the resort, close to the village center, the base of the slopes, and the ESF.

This accommodation has been awarded the 3-Peak rating by the "Quality Comfort Accommodation" Label of Haute Maurienne Vanoise.

The apartment includes:
- Fully equipped and functional kitchen. (conventional oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher (tabs provided), refrigerator and freezer, espresso machine...) You will find salt, pepper, oil, spices, hand and dish towels, and paper towels in the cupboards.

- Bedroom 1: a 140x190 cm double bed with 2 square pillows and a duvet (200x200 cm), a large closet.
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds. Top bunk: 90x190 cm bed with 1 square pillow and a comforter (140x190 cm); bottom bunk: 120x180 cm bed with 2 square pillows and a comforter (200x200 cm); shelving unit.
- Living room with a Rapido sofa bed, 2 square pillows, and a duvet (200x200), large flat-screen TV, folding coffee table, and large closet.

- Bathroom 1: shower, vanity sink, and towel-warming radiator.
- Bathroom 2: walk-in shower, vanity sink, and towel warmer.
