Our apartment is located in Avrieux (73500), a quiet, sunny village in the heart of Haute Maurienne.

Ski-lovers will appreciate the access to the 6 resorts of the Haute Maurienne Vanoise area. From La Norma (4 kms away) to Bonneval sur Arc (35 kms away), there are 350 kms of downhill skiing and 200 kms of Nordic skiing on offer.

At the gateway to the Parc National de la Vanoise, you'll find plenty of hiking trails in summer.
Cyclists will appreciate the proximity of the Alps' legendary mountain passes.

With a total surface area of 103 m2, our 8-person apartment has been fully renovated and equipped to the highest standards.
It is located on the 1st floor of a detached house.

Le Pin Cembro comprises :

- a 40 m2 south-facing living room with balcony, including a fitted kitchen,
- four bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with 2 single beds,
- a bathroom with shower and double washbasin,
- separate toilet,

For your information, this detached house also has a second apartment "le Barillon" on the ground floor for 4 people.
It can accommodate up to 12 people if required.
