Large 10-person apartment with large terrace in the heart of the small village of Le Bourget, close to the ski resorts of La Norma and Aussois, 5 to 10 minutes by car.
Departure point for the most beautiful hikes in the Parc de la Vanoise. Mountain biking and mountain passes all around!

This accommodation has been awarded 5 cimes by the "Qualité Confort Hébergement" Haute Maurienne Vanoise label.

"Le Bourget" is a magnificent mountain chalet-style apartment on the first floor of a former village inn that can accommodate up to 10 people. A spacious 105 m2 apartment, created entirely by us in 2020!
Soothing tranquility in the heart of a Savoyard village.

Access to the apartment is independent via a small, friendly garden. Comfort and space for large families and friends! Warm wooden decor with a contemporary flair. Right from the entrance, a cocooning living room with a pellet stove, a warm atmosphere that makes you want to settle in!

Composition :
- a very large living room with a dining table for 10 to 14 people
- a large living room with 2 sofas, 2 small armchairs and a large-screen connected TV (with sockets for your consoles and other equipment)
- a fully-equipped open kitchen with island, including the inn's old refrigerated bar and all the necessary appliances
- a large bedroom with 160 cm x 200 cm bed and en-suite shower, 80 cm x 80 cm shower and washbasin
- two bedrooms with 140 cm x 190 cm beds
- a cabin bedroom with 4 bunk beds 90 cm x 190 cm
- bathroom with 120 cm x 80 cm shower, washbasin and toilet
- separate WC

Other facilities include
- a huge, shaded, south-facing terrace with mountain views, including 2 tables, 1 lounge with armchairs, deckchairs and barbecue
- Individual ski locker and laundry facilities in the basement
- Additional lighting, storage space, coat hooks and mirrors in all bedrooms

The dwelling can also be twinned with a 4-person studio called l'Orgère (see advert and rates on my HMV page), for a total of 14 people.
Each family will be autonomous. Space and comfort guaranteed!

Beds are made up on arrival; on the day of departure, please collect bed linen and towels in the bags provided.
Cleaning is included, and you will be responsible for emptying the garbage cans. We would be grateful if you could leave the apartment in a suitable condition.
A security deposit of 700 euros (cheque or cash) will be required on arrival.
