Apartment located in the "Les Herminières" residence, close to the slopes and kindergarten. The apartment is on the top floor of the 2-storey residence (entrance from the parking lot on the 1st floor).
As the Les Herminières residence is not equipped with an elevator, our apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Duplex apartment designed for families.

First floor: :
- an entrance with a large closet and three bunk beds (70 cm by 160 cm) for children
- living/dining room/kitchen (approx. 22m2) with large work surface, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, 166L fridge and 38L freezer, table with two extensions, Indian billiard table that can be used as a coffee table.
- a large bedroom / TV room with a sofa bed that folds out into a 160cm by 200cm bed, a desk area, a children's play area (dinette...), books and board games available, and connected TV
- bathroom with heated towel rail
- separate WC
- a 5 m2 partially sheltered balcony overlooking the slopes and children's garden.

Upstairs:
- a large bedroom/dormitory sleeping 6 in bunk beds: two adjoining bunk beds, each with a 140 cm by 200 cm bed on the bottom and a 90 cm by 200 cm bed on the top
- a shower room
- WC/laundry area with washing machine

Storage space is available in each room.

In the basement, a 2.5 m2 cellar is available for your skis, with a shelf and a bench. You can put on your skis as soon as you walk through the cellar door, snow conditions permitting.

Parking spaces are available around 50 meters from the residence entrance. You can also park your vehicle in the free covered parking lot at the entrance to La Norma.
