Renovated in a style that respects the old architecture, it nevertheless offers a high level of modern comfort:
- 7 rooms / suites, each with shower and WC + 1 individual closed bed, provide comfortable accommodation for 15 people. Some of the rooms have low ceilings, just like the old 18th-century houses, so taller guests will prefer the 4 rooms on the 1st floor, while smaller guests and children will feel more at home in the 3 rooms on the 2nd floor and the enclosed bed.
- A beautiful living room with a large dining room/kitchen table adjoins a pleasant sitting room with fireplace.
- A second living room on the 2nd floor will enable some of the group to meet up and play table soccer. A beautiful home for a successful vacation!

In an adjoining house (204 rue Saint-Antoine), two additional independent bedroom suites are available. This adds 10 extra beds to the 15 in the main gîte.

- Entrance hall with 80 cm single bed
- A shared interior corridor links the two rooms to the main gîte.

A pretty garden with outdoor tables under a majestic cherry tree makes it possible to eat outside together. Barbecue available in the garden.
