Chalet de la Cascade is a recently built individual chalet comprising a gite for 15 people and an apartment for 10 (with BZ for up to 12 people). A total of 10 bedrooms and a kitchen-living room provide 11 sleeping units, with 2 kitchens, 5 shower rooms and 6 WCs.

The main gite has a very large terrace (with garden furniture) overlooking the Esseillon mountains and forts. There's a huge living room of over 70 m² with a spacious, well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a large convivial dining table (27 seats), a wood-burning fireplace, a large arched sofa and a billiards area to liven up evenings. The living room is bathed in light from the large south-facing windows. The unobstructed view of the mountains is splendid.
There's also a large plot of land where everyone can relax on the grass, or where children can play outside. Barbecue and outdoor table complete the picture.

The 1st floor offers a low-ceilinged children's play area with table soccer next to the sauna, not far from a large bathroom.

The apartment on the ground floor has a second, independent living/kitchen area with a 10-seat table, providing another convivial living space, as well as its own terrace and independent garden, facing south in front of the house.

From the chalet, you can hike straight to two splendid waterfalls.
