Enjoy the golden larches
In autumn, La Norma welcomes you in a warm and peaceful atmosphere. Walks to the sound of stag bellowing

From La Norma, enjoy lovely walks along the chemin du petit bonheur, the sentier de la forêt d'Erica or take the footbridges on the sentier des cascadelles. Autumn is also the ideal season to observe wildlife and listen to the powerful bellowing of the stag. As night falls, the thrill is guaranteed!
Rail sledding and mountain biking
In autumn, as all year round, La Norma offers a must-do activity: tobogganing on rails. At the entrance to the resort, this experience combines safety and adrenaline to perfection. The course, punctuated by tight bends, winds through the forest on rails several meters high. Worth a try!

Also not to be missed: a visit to the Forts. Spectacular structures built in the early 19th century. The Marie-Thérèse Redoubt (just below La Norma) opens in September.
Heritage and culture
Haute Maurienne Vanoise abounds in cultural treasures: Baroque churches and chapels, Sardinian forts, museums on Alpine life... A journey through local history and traditions. The village of Avrieux, at the foot of La Norma, is home to a veritable treasure trove of Baroque art: the church of Saint Thomas Becket (visit on request in autumn).
