Description

Alice, a sociology researcher, discovers she is pregnant. Vladimir, her husband, is overjoyed. It’s going to be a boy! They’ll name him Ulysse. Except that at one year old, Ulysse isn’t on the growth charts. Too small, too thin. The pediatricians are puzzled, and the verdict is in: a genetic syndrome. Ulysse won’t be like the others. But what will he be like? It’s a mystery. And so begins Ulysse’s very special journey: walking, talking, learning, understanding, and thriving. Alice embarks on this adventure, determined to help Ulysse find his place in the world.
