For a "rejuvenating" break, I offer a range of harmonizing massages: Massage Ressourçant (back: 30 min - back/legs/feet 45 min or 1h), foot relaxation massage (45 min or 1h).
I also accompany you towards your deepest well-being through the use of sophrology and energy treatments enabling you to open up spaces of "Gai-rison" in your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions.
I can help you :
* Physical pain, inflammatory diseases,
* Burns and skin diseases (shingles, eczema, psoriasis, radiation and chemotherapy...)
* For heavy or auto-immune pathologies: help in understanding, letting go and relieving symptoms,
